Staff roles displayed on staff page

You now no longer have to click into each staff member to see what role they play on your team. Their specified role is now listed under their name and email!

Default channel for outbound messages

Send a lot of outbound messages? Tired of always selecting the channel to send from? Reamaze will now remember your last used channel to make sending outbound messages 100x faster (maybe!).

Plain text chat transcripts

Customers who use plain text email clients can also now receive proper chat transcripts. We’re totally inclusive here 🙂

Shopify specific workflow for past orders

We added a new trigger for Shopify partners. You can now run specific workflow commands based on whether or not a customer has past orders in his/her account history!

Truncated subject lines

Some customers write super long subject lines. In other cases where subject lines are not used, we use the content of the message. However, this can be tedious when you’re trying to parse out the latest message in the thread. We’ve now truncated long subject lines to make space for latest messages.

Workflow for moving conversations

You can now move conversations from channel to channel as workflow commands. Keep in mind that social media conversations and SMS conversations cannot be moved. Only email and embed conversations.
