What You Might’ve Missed #26

Last Updated on December 6, 2017 by David

Weekly update time! Can you believe it’s almost the end of 2017? But worry not, the team here at Re:amaze will continue to deliver features and feature updates throughout the holiday season. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow this Feature Update Blog via RSS.

Let’s get going

Support for Facebook Mentions

You now have the option of importing direct mentions into Re:amaze. These mentions are public top-level posts from within Facebook. For example, if the initial post includes a mention of @yourcompany, Re:amaze can synchronize that mention into the dashboard. However, private and non top-level posts will not be imported.

Leave assigned conversations as open

Oftentimes when you need to reassign a conversation to another team member, you’ll want to make sure the conversation is still open. Rather than manually reopening the conversation, you now have the option of leaving reassigned conversations as open automatically.

Extra details for historical conversations

The customer profile section within Re:amaze conversations will now show historical conversations with additional details such as resolution status and assignee. This provides you with additional context on the status of a customer’s other conversations.
