Pre-Beta Warm-Up: Tagging Conversations

We’ve added conversation tagging to help y’all keep track of what’s important and what needs prioritization. If you log in today you should be able to select a conversation and add short tags to it.

You can add as many tags as you want and each tag will be saved as a category in the main dashboard making it easy for you to access conversations matching a specific tag.

We’re making these tags even more useful for you by allowing you to search for customers by filtering through conversations matching specific tags. This feature allows you to easily identify relevant customers for a specific tag. For example, you have a tag called Android (customers that have requested for an android app) and you want to announce the availability of a new Android app. You would create a filter to search for customers that have conversations with the Android tag and then easily reach out to these customers by creating an outbound message.
