Conversation Reminders

We know we know… You’ve all been waiting for this 🙂 . Conversation reminders are now available right on your Reamaze dashboard and in your conversations. You can now easily schedule a reminder to have Reamaze automatically re-open a conversation on a specific date and alert your team at the same time!

When you add a reminder to a Reamaze conversation, we will automatically resolve the conversation for you (so you can look and treat it as new when the reminder is activated) and also give it a new “On-Hold” status so it does not affect response time reports.

The on-hold status will give you a list of all conversations with an active reminder so you can easily access them. The status filter is also sorted by the reminder time in ascending order. If you need clarification on this please feel free to reach out to us.

Conversation reminders can be easily visualized by looking at the reminder date next to the channel name and assignee name.

Keep in mind that this is the first iteration of Conversation Reminders and we will be integrating reminders with other Reamaze features in the weeks to come. Feel free to take it out for a test drive and let us know if you’d like to see certain features. We’re always open to feedback!
