Permission Control for Assigning Conversations

You can now remove or provide agents the ability to assign and reassign conversations to other agents. If you’re a customer service manager that’s dedicated to assigning conversations then you might find this very handy!

Markdown Support for Chat Confirmation Message

You can now inject markdown syntax such as hyperlinks, bold text, and much more in the chat received confirmation message.

Custom Tracking Callback for Events Analytics

If you’d like to handle event tracking yourself instead of using Google Analytics, you can now implement a custom callback function that will be called whenever an event is fired. Make sure you have the Reamaze.js snippet installed from the Installation Step.

WooCommerce Shipping Data
